Protein requirements for those who are healthy and within a “normal” BMI are between 0.4 and 0.8 grams per pound of body weight typically.

Protein Ranges for those with Normal BMI:

Little to no exercise/activity: 0.4-0.5 grams/lb of actual body weight

Moderate exercise/activity: 0.6-0.8 grams/lb of actual body weight
