What to expect:

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation, consent forms and a comprehensive questionnaire. Please do not leave out any details.

In your initial visit ($165), which is approximately 60 minutes, we discuss what you hope to get out of our time together, the information in your forms and what to expect. You may receive some suggestions or recommendations during your first.

Your follow up visit($85) is typically 45 minutes when we get into the details of your plan. After reviewing a diet diary (if applicable), pre-visit forms and some discussion, you will likely receive recommendations. These may include diet, exercise, supplements, testing(done through your doctor or naturopath), suggestions for referrals etc.

Subsequent visits($65-$85) are 20-45 minutes and where we my make adjustments to your plan, discuss next steps or simply to keep you encouraged and accountable if that’s what you need.

What is a One-Time Dietary Review?

This option is great for those who don’t have any specific health concerns or those who feel stuck in their current plan or those with a relatively good understanding of diet and nutrition who just want a pair of fresh, expert eyes to make some recommendations.

  • Pre-consultation comprehensive health questionnaire review

  • Session specific intake

  • In-depth analysis of 5 days of your current diet and lifestyle (template provided or app recommendation)

  • 75 minute private online or in-person consultation to discuss your log

  • Personalized report including action plan and recommendations (diet, testing, supplements, and other recommendations)

  • Report to your healthcare professional (optional add on)

Pre-visit forms must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. If forms are incomplete, much of your appointment time will be used to gather this information.
